Ntxoov Tuam Lauj Autobiography
Ntxoov Tuam was born on December 30, 1942, in the village of Hong Nonh. He is the first son of Txawj Neeb and Maiv Lis. He started school in 1949 but he was force to drop out when the Vietnamese invaded his village. Ntxoov Tuam married Tooj Lis and have nine childern, five sons and four daughters. He is very polite and a handsome man.
In 1960, Ntxoov Tuam volunteed to serve his country in the army. Two years later he was promoted and appointed as commander of division 14 of Hong Nonh. As the insurgeny of the war had become intensification, in 1971, Division 14 was emerged as Group Member (G.M) 26, where he was promoted to captain and was also appointed to command the Personnel Division.
On May 14, 1975, after the Pathet Lao broke up the peace treaty with the Lao Goverment, he left Loas to Nam Phong, Thailand. His family, later was moved to Ban Vanai, Proince of Loei, Thailand. On July 19, 1978, Ntxoov Tuam and his family came to the United States. They landed in Dallas, TX and from there moved to Denver, CO. While living in Denver, CO, he attended Emily Giffith Adult School and trained to become as auto body repair.
From 1982 to 1997, he work for Storage Tek Corporation, in Broomfield, CO. He is now retired and living in Westminister, CO.
