General Notes:
Dr. LoXing Kiatoukaysi Autobiography
Dr. LoXing Kiatoukaysi is the only child of Lee and Nao Lauj. He was born seven months after his father was killed in the US secret Indochina War. In 1975, he married Chou Vang, the daughter of QhouaDoua Vang while they were refugee at Camp Nam Phong, Thailand. He and his wife came to the United Stated in 1976 as a refugee. Dr. LoXing and Chou have five children; two sons and three daughters. All of their children’s were born in the United States.
Forty-seven days after arrived in Hutchinson, Kansas, Dr. LoXing started work at a Dental Center as an assistant dental technician. He worked full time and also attending school full time to pursuit a career in education. He received his GED in 1977, Associate Degree in 1981, Bachelor Degree in 1984, Master Degree in 1988, and finally is Doctorate Degree in the year 2000. Aside from regular academy, Dr. LoXing is very ambitious to learning and has participated in many seminars and conferences; including researches. He likes to read and believe that reading makes people conscious and being smart.
Dr. LoXing has worked with numerous organizations in both public and private industries. He started a Dental Technician, moved to Computer Tech Support, then Programmer/Analyst, Business Owner, Business Trainer and coaches, and finally Executive Director of non-profit. Dr. LoXing has passion to teach and coach. In addition to this, he has also continuously dedicated his efforts to make changes in people life.
As a professional, Dr. LoXing always tries to follow trends; therefore, he is very knowledgeable in all environments surrounding him such as business, finance, and management. Continuous learning is his theme in life. Because of his passion toward people, Dr. LoXing is very well like and respect from his peers.
